RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

Since our products are made-to-order through print-on-demand, we do not accept returns or exchanges for:
 

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selected by the customer

  • Incorrect colour or design choice

  • Personal preferences

  • Any other reason not caused by an error or defect from our side
     

However, if you receive a wrong, damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed product due to an error from our side, we will be happy to assist with a replacement or suitable resolution.

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos/videos of the issue.
